So yesterday I got to attend the HGTV #bloggerblockparty in Manhattan and it was a pretty cool experience. First of all, the venue (once we finally got to it after getting lost many times, good thing I followed these tips for commuting in NYC!) was GORGEOUS. It was definitely an interesting and fun experience!
Four Droplets of Coffee Ruined Everything: A Lesson For You (And Me)
Ahem.
My laptop is about to be placed in a box with stamps on it. It’s about to embark on a journey into the unknown of postal service and laptop manufacturers. All of the documents, pictures, music, apps, everything are going to be deleted and erased forever. Do you know why? Because of a tiny bug and four droplets of coffee. Now I’m writing this article.
Let me explain.
My Tennessee Vacation (Red Velvet Funnel Cake, Cupcakes & More)!
So I recently returned from a week-long vacation to Tennessee! I’m not a country girl and this trip experience certainly didn’t make me want to pack my bags and head down south any time soon, but I definitely had a great time. Here are some pictures from my trip & some details in case you plan on planning a vacation to Tennessee!
We went to Dollywood, we white water rafted, drove go-karts, did The Escape Game (a real life escape the room sort of thing), got AMAZING cupcakes, saw a magician, shopped around…there was a lot to do!
I’m Basically A Mogul Now
Okay, well, I don’t exactly know what “mogul” means. Kimora Lee Simmons is/was a mogul and a lot of important businesswomen seem to be. I’m totally stretching it. I’m not a mogul but I DID just make an investment in my blog. I got hosted with BlueHost and I also have other exciting news…
I also got accepted into the HerCampus Premier Blogger Network which is super awesome. They choose some awesome blogs to join the network and have some special opportunities.
Basically this post was to share some recent exciting changes, I feel like such a grown up right now. Grown ups probably don’t wear socks with watermelon on them and eat cookies for breakfast, though. Oops.
